Remember one thing, creams available in the market though lighten
the skin but in actuality have Cotizon in it which is very harmful for
the skin in the longer term, therefore avoid using it.
(Jao ka atta) is excellent for cleansing the skin. Mix
a teaspoon of grinded oat (joa ka atta) in milk water or rose water and
apply on skin, leave for a few minutes and rinse face with water, you'll
feel the difference.
- This can
also be applied on hands, neck and feet.
- If you
have a dry skin then you can also mix half a teaspoon of honey with
the mixture to get that velvety touch.
- Rub the
skin or pulp of fruits (banana, watermelon, tomato, white melon, and
oranges) over your skin lightly (face, hands, neck and feet) whenever
you get time or are eating these fruits. The result will be obvious
in a short time.
- Now that
the oranges season is here take advantage of it, oranges are excellent
for the skin, drink or eat lots of oranges / juices and other fruit
juices.
- Those who
want a clear, fair skin can also do this. Take the peels of oranges
and dry them in the sun, then grind them and keep in an air tight Mix
a teaspoon of grinded oranges in water or milk and apply on face, those
who have dry skin, mix the mixture with a teaspoon of yogurt and apply
on face. When dry, rinse with water. A visibly fairer and clearer skin
will be the obvious result.
- Drink plenty
of water (at least 8- 12 glasses in a day) especially now that the winter
season is here, for water excellently nourishes the skin, clears away
all ugly spots and pimples and even helps to make the skin fair.
- Mix cucumber
and milk and apply on face with cotton pad, this is an excellent cleanser
for the skin.
