Jaan's Tips for Weight Reduction
Lemon:
Lemon is an ideal fruit, which helps
in losing weight.
Lemon
& Water:
A glass of warm water with one lemon
squeezed in it (remember no sugar)
is ideal to lose weight.
Tea:
Make green tea (without milk)
and squeeze in half a lemon and have
it 2- 3 times a day or more, this
is an ideal remedy to reduce weight
and stop those hunger pangs.
Food to Lose:
Whenever hunger strikes its better
to eat food that is low in calories
and is very filling, such foods are
Corn, Beans (chanas), pulses (dal)
and brown bread. Replace your white
bread with Brown bread, which is rich
in fiber and very stomach filling
unlike white bread, which makes you
feel hungrier.
For Eyes:
: In
order to relax those stressed eyes,
you can place cucumbers and potato
slices which instantly gives your
eyes a soothing effect.
For Skin:
Remember one thing, creams available
in the market though lighten the skin
but in actuality have Cotizon in it
which is very harmful for the skin
in the longer term, therefore avoid
using it.

I is excellent for cleansing the skin.
Mix a teaspoon of grinded oat (joa
ka atta) in milk water or rose water
and apply on skin, leave for a few
minutes and rinse face with water,
you'll feel the difference.

This
can also be applied on hands,
neck and feet.

If
you have a dry skin then you can
also mix half a teaspoon of honey
with the mixture to get that velvety
touch.

Rub
the skin or pulp of fruits (banana,
watermelon, tomato, white melon,
and oranges) over your skin lightly
(face, hands, neck and feet) whenever
you get time or are eating these
fruits. The result will be obvious
in a short time.

Now
that the oranges season is here
take advantage of it, oranges
are excellent for the skin, drink
or eat lots of oranges / juices
and other fruit juices.
