Ingredients

Achar Gosht Curry (6-8 Servings) INGREDIENTS: Quantity 1. Beef/Mutton/Chicken 2. Ghee/Cooking Oil 3. Yoghurt 4. Tomatoes Red 5. Ginger 6. Garlic 7. Lemon 8. Green Chillies 9. Ahmed Achar Gosht Masala 1) 1-1/2 Kg 2) 1-1/2 Cup 3) Cups (Beaten) 4)(Ripe) 6 Nos. Medium size (Finely chopped) 5) 2 tablespoons 6) (Finely crushed) 2 tablespoons 7) Juice 3-4 tablespoons 8) (Large size) 8-10 Nos. Cut from one side 9) 50 g

Method

Procedure: 1- Make a paste of Lemon Juice and 1-2 tablespoons of Ahmed Achar Gosht Masala and fill in chillies. 2- Fry Garlic and Meat in hot Ghee/Oil, then add Ginger, Yoghurt, remaining Achar Gosht Masala and 11/2 - 2 glasses of water and cook till the meat became tender. Now add Tomatoes and fry well. 3- Now place the Chillies filled with Masala over Meat and cook over low flame.Delicious Achar Gosht is ready.Serve with Naan or Roti.
