| Method
Procedure:
1- Make a paste of Lemon Juice and 1-2 tablespoons of Ahmed Achar Gosht Masala and fill in chillies.
2- Fry Garlic and Meat in hot Ghee/Oil, then add Ginger, Yoghurt, remaining Achar Gosht Masala and 11/2 - 2 glasses of water and cook till the meat became tender. Now add Tomatoes and fry well.
3- Now place the Chillies filled with Masala over Meat and cook over low flame.Delicious Achar Gosht is ready.Serve with Naan or Roti.
