Method
Make cake according to directions on packet, pour into greased 23cm x 12cm (9in x Sin) loaf tin, bake in mod-erate oven 50 minutes or until cooked when tested. Turn cake on to wire rack to cool.
With sharp knife, trim top of cake to make it even, trim corners to round them, scoop out hollow about 2cm (34in) in from edge, as shown. Tint Vienna Cream with a few drops pink food colouring, cover outside and
edge of cake with Vienna Cream (do not ice hollow). Edge neatly with lace, as shown, make pillow, place in bas-ket, place doll in hollow, tuck in cover-let. Twist pipecleaners together, cover with ribbon, push into sides of cake to form handles, tie a bow at each end.
