METHOD:
Cut the baingan into 1/2 cm thick slices.
Place them over a plate and sprinkle garm flour, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, dry mango powder, ginger powder and salt and sprinkle with a few drops of water. Repeat tha same with tha other side of slices.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry all the slices till golden brown.
Spread them over a plate and pour beaten curd mixture.
Pour tamarind chutney and garnish with green chillies and corriander leaves.
