Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Big baingan-1 Gram flour-1tsp Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp Dhaniya powder-1/2 tsp Dry mango powder-1 tsp Green chilli-1 finely chooped Ginger powder-1/4 tsp Oil-4 tbsp salt to taste CURD MIXTURE: Beaten yogurt-1 cup Sugar-1-1/2 tsp Black salt- a pinch salt to taste mix all tha above ingredients makes it. Tamarind chutney-1 tbsp

Method

METHOD: Cut the baingan into 1/2 cm thick slices. Place them over a plate and sprinkle garm flour, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, dry mango powder, ginger powder and salt and sprinkle with a few drops of water. Repeat tha same with tha other side of slices. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry all the slices till golden brown. Spread them over a plate and pour beaten curd mixture. Pour tamarind chutney and garnish with green chillies and corriander leaves.
