Method
Make cake according to directions on packet, spoon mixture evenly into greased deep 23cm (9in) round cake tin, bake in moderate oven 45 minutes or until cooked when tested. Turn
on to. wire rack to cool. Tint Vienna Cream with a few drops green food colouring, spread evenly over top and side of cake, sprinkle with green-tinted coconut to cover cream.
Decorate edge of the cake with marshmallow flowers, as shown, press halved jubes into cake to form a ring just inside marshmallow flowers. To make a handle, roll a 40cm (l6in) square of aluminium foil into a strip, twist for a firm finish, at-tach ribbon bow, insert handle in cake, as shown.
