| Method
1.cut chicken breasts into 2 pcs.
2.put in a large mixing bowl and add ginger/garlic paste ,mint ,corriander,crushed chillies and vinegar,mix well.
3add the beaten eggs,corn flour ,basin and salt.
4.heat oil in a wok and fry both sides on medium heat till crispy and brown.
5.serve with french fries and salad.
