Ingredients

POHA: 250 GRAM GREEN MUNG (ANKURIT) 250 GRAMS PROMGONUT 1CUP (ANAR DANA) CRUSHED PEANUTS 1CUP GREAT WHEET Ѕ CUP CHOPPED ONION 1CUP GRATED CARRAT 1CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES 1 CUP GRATED COCONUT 1CUP CHOPPED TOMATO 2 NOS. BASEN SEV 1CUP TOMATO RING 5-6 MUSTER SEED 1 TEA SPOON CURRY LEAVES 4-5 OIL 1 TBS SPOON SALT & HING AS PER TEST

Method

WASH POHA WITH WATER AND WAIT FOR 5 MINUITS. GIVE TADKA TO THE POHA WITH HING , MUSTER SEED & CURRY LEAVES. ADD SALT AND MIX IT. TAKE A BOUL AND SPREAD ONE LAYER OF POHA. AGAIN SPEREAD SECOND LAYER OF MUNG. PUT LAYERS OF CARROT, BEAT, CORIANDER, COCONUT AND TOMATO ONE BY ONE. AT LAST GARNISH WITH COCONUT, TOMATE RING , BESAN SEVAND CORIENDER LEAVES AND SERV IT. NOTE: DURING MANGO SEASON U CAN ADD KACHCHIO KERI.
