| Ingredients
1 egg , beaten
cornflour 1 tes
corn oil 3-4 tb
bread crumbs 4 tb
5 medium pieces of chiken
salt
black paper 1tes

| Method
(1) dip the chiken anto the seasoned flour , then beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
(2) Heat oil into a slow pan and place the chicken when oil is hot . Then let them brown well on both the side.
(3) Also cover the pan with lid
(4)And serving them.
