Ingredients

Sweet Buckwheat Crepes (see recipe) , -----Honey-Pear Butter----- , 1 cup very ripe pear, peeled, cored and cubed , 1 cup butter -- softened , 1/4 cup honey

Method

Spread about 1-1/2 tablespoons Honey-Pear Butter evenly over surface of hot crepes; fold crepes in quarters and serve immediately. , Makes 8 filled crepes. , Honey-Pear Butter: Place pear in a food processor or blender and blend until pureed. Add butter and honey and process until completely smooth. , Makes about 2-1/4 cups.
