grind all the sabot roasted ingredients finely ,add it to the yoghart andpierce chicken and leave for marination for 1hr.
now heat oil then put the chicken to cook,put it on medium heat and as soon as the water thickens put it on low heat.meanwhile heat coal and when the coal is red hot put it on a foil and put it in the middle of the cooking dish and put few drops of oil and cover it thoroughly..and switch offf the heat and when serving add mint leaves for garnishing and serve it with paratha or nan and raita,
