| Ingredients
Qeema (either of bef or muton) 1/2 Kg, two medium size onions, 6 green chillies, 4 garlic pieces and 1/4 piece of ginger ,1 cup baisan flour, red chilli powder and salt according to taste.ghee or oil for deep fry.

| Method
first make a paste of ginger ,garlic and green chillies. chopped the onion then add paste , baisan and onion into qeema and mix it propperly, add red chillies and salt into that mixture. finally make small balls and fry till the kabab turns to brown.
