Cooked prawns, finely chopped

Cooked chicken pieces

Chicken stock

Ginger, finely chopped

Garlic, finely chopped

Green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp.
Coriander leaves,finely chopped
1 tbsp.
French beans, finely chopped
2 Ѕ tbsps.
Carrots, finely chopped
2 Ѕ tbsps.
Cabbage, finely chopped
2 Ѕ tbsps.
Capsicum, finely chopped
2 Ѕ tbsps.
Mushrooms, finely chopped
2 Ѕ tbsps.
Spring onions, finely chopped
2 Ѕ tbsps.
Pepper

Ajinomoto
As required
Soy sauce
1 tbsp.
Cornflour mixed with 1 cup water
4 tbsps.
Spring onion stems
2 nos.
Oil
3 tbsps.
Salt

| Method
1.In a pan, stir fry the ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and green chilies for about 2 minutes.
2.Add all the vegetables, pepper, ajinomoto and salt and continue to stir fry for 2 more minutes.
3.Add the cooked prawns and chicken to the vegetable mixture and mix well.
4.Add the soy sauce, chicken stock and salt.
5.Let it boil, reduce the heat and add the cornflour mixed with water and stir constantly till it thickens slightly.
6.Remove from heat and serve immediately
7.Garnish with spring onion stems.
