Marinade the chicken in curds with salt and ginger garlic paste.Refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onion saute till transparent. Add the chicken and stir till oil comes up.Add the cashew paste ,red chille ,cad mon and javitri powder,cover and simmer till chick is tender, Add saffron strands and cover.Serve with a dash of lemon juice with nan or rice.
