| Ingredients
2 kg Mutton, 5 cups basmati rice, 2 medium onins, 3 table spoons garlic, and ginger paste. 2 medium sized tommatoes, 1 cup yougurt, 2 tablespoons garam masala, 2 tablespoons salt, and a few green chilies.

| Method
boil the mutton in a pan with ginger/garlic paste, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 onion, and garam masala. when the meat is tender take it off the stove and drain the stock out in a spererate bowl. brown the second onion, add mutton and tommatoes, and green chilies, and fry for a few minutes. when the oil sepreates from the gravy add the yougurt and fry for another few minutes. then count the cups of stock, and add water if needed to make 6 cups, and let it come to boil. then add the rice, cook till el dante, and the water in the pan is reduced. place the lid on top and let cook for 8 minutes on low heat. serve hot with raita, and salad
