prawns 1 kg, curry patta 8-10, garlic cloves as well as paste 2 tbsp, ginger 2 tbsp, large and small green clillies 20-30, red dry large clillies 10-15, salt as taste, vinegar as taste,oil ,rai and kalongi

| Method
first blend kalongi. rai, large dry clillies,paste ginger and garlic paste and vineger.now in a large pan put oil and add that blended mixture into it and add garlic cloves and green cllilles...let it cook for abt 1 hr. now another pan put the clean prawns and let it dry when its water dries up and after 1 hr of cooking of that mixtures put the prawns in it ...cook for abt 15 mins and than let it cool....
note :always place it in fridge
