Ingredients

1kg chicken, 1tbsginger paste,1tbsgarlicpaste, 1.5 tsp red chilli powder(according to taste)1tsp garam masala powder, curd 1cup,butter 100 gms or 1/2 cup,salt to taste, small piece of kolsa(burnt wood).

Method

cut the chicken in medium pieces wash it thoroughly.mix all the ingredients togeather and cook it on a medium flame till it becomes soft and masala becomes dry now on the other side heat the piece of kolsa on th burner directly till it becomes red put this kolsa in the middle of the kadai and put melted butter on it close the lid immedietlyit after 1min .garnish it with coriander serve with paratha or naan.
