| Ingredients
milk....1,1/2 liter, rice(soaked for 4hour) 1/2 cup
khoya......1/2 cup, sugar.... 1 cup, kewra1/2tsp
cardamon powder... 1/2tsp, silver vark
almonds and pista silvered for garnishing

| Method
boil milk. drain the rice and add in the milk. let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. add the khoya. when rice is tender, and sugar and keep stirring. cook till the kheer is thick and the rice tender. add the cardamon powder and kewra. let it cool and then transfer in serving dish. sprinkle nuts and its ready to served
