| Ingredients
Chicken (boneless, skinless thighs) 2 lbs
Corn Flour 2 tbsp.
All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp.
Egg 1
Garlic (paste) 1Ѕ tbsp.
Red Chilli (powder) 2 tbsp.
Green Chillies 12
Yogurt 2 cups
Curry Powder (cloves, cinnamon, cardamom) 1 tbsp.
Food Color (Red) 4 drops
Onion for garnishing
Limejuice 3 tbsp.
Salt taste
Vegetable Oil for frying

| Method
Mix corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt to a thick batter. Add water if required. Add chicken pieces to the batter and marinate for an hour.
Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till they turn golden. Heat 4 tsp oil in a saucepan and add slit chilies, yogurt, garam masala, red color, little salt and fried chicken pieces.
Fry for 4-5 minutes and remove from heat. Add limejuice, mix well and garnish with onions.
