| Ingredients
whole chicken of1.5 kg,ginger and garlic paste 2tbp,lemon juice2tbsp,yogurt2tbsp, garam masalah powder 1 tsp, white zeera 1tsp, whole dhania 1tsp, whole red chillie 1tsp,salt 1tsp, food color(yellow) pinch, whiteflour (maida) for sprinkle, oil for deep frying.

| Method
Take white zeera, whole dhania and red chillie put it in frying pan for heating up when it be crispy then grinde it well. Now take a bowl put that powder then add ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,food color,yogurt,salt and garam masalah powder mix it well. Spread it to whole chicken inside out side both and marinate it for one day.
Next daytake a big karahi put oil in it . Untill oil will be heat up take out tat chicken and sprinkle white flour on itand put in hot oil for deep frying untill chicken will be golden brown. then your chicken will be ready .Serve with salad and french fries.
