| Ingredients
1Kg/ 2.2 lb fresh lobster meat
1 Egg white, slightly beaten
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp corn oil
Garnish: Red bell pepper, spring onion, juliene, and coriander leaves.

| Method
Cut lobster meat into bite size pieces. Marinate the meat with beaten egg white, pinch of salt, and garlic for five minutes.
Place the lobster mix on a plate that will fit into your steamer basket and cover with a lid. Cook over a steam bath for approximately 7 minutes.
Remove from the basket and check that the meat is cooked firm, glaze with hot corn oil, sprinkle the garnish over the top of the lobster and serve.
