Split urud dal - 2 cups
Rice - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Ghee - 1 cup approximately
Method
1. Dry roast the urud dal till nice aroma comes out, powder it and keep aside.
2. Dry roast the rice and powder it.
3. Powder the sugar.
4. Mix all these powders and make laddus adding sufficient ghee.
