ADD WATER AND RAJGIRA PAST IN CURD. ADD GINGER, CHILLI PAST, COCUNUT, CORIENDER LEAVESIN IT. TAKE FRIPAN AND GIVE TADKA TO THIS PAST IN GHEE WITH JIRA, CURRY LEAVES, LONG AND DALCHINI. HEAT IT FOR 5 MINUITS. NOW CURRY IS READY. ADD COFTA (ROLLS) IN IT. GARNISH WITH CORIENDER LEAVES AND SERVE IT WITH RAJGIRA PURI.
