Method
Make cake according to directions on packet, pour into greased 28cm x 18cm (1 un x 7in) lamington tin, bake in moderate oven 30 minutes or until cooked when tested. Turn on to wire rack to cool.
Using saucer as guide, cut 15cm (Bin) round from cake for table; with
5cm (2in) plain cutter, cut four Stools from remaining cake. Tint 2 table-spoons Vienna Cream dark mauve with purple food coloring, tint re-mainder light mauve, cover tops and sides of table and stools with light mauve Vienna cream. Decorate top edge of table with halved Freckles. Cut four wafers with 5 cm (2 in) plain cutter to make place mats, cut remain-ing wafer with 4cm (1- ½ .in) plain cutter to make mat for center of tablet Pipe dark mauve Vienna Cream along cut edges of mats (see page 4), place In position, as shown, arrange tea set On mats, add round sweets. Coat stools with hundreds and thousands, press dolls feet into stools.
