Ingredients

Ingredients: chicken 1 adad (whole cut in pieces) kali mirch powder 1 tsp adrak ( juliene cutting ) 1/4 tukra hari mirch 6 se 7 namak 1 tsp. pani ( water ) half glass anday (egg) 2 adad corn flour 2 tbsp. oil for frying

Method

METHOD: Aik degchi main chicken,kali mirc,hari mirch,namak,adrak or adha glass pani daal ker dermiani aanch per rakh dain or chicken ko pani khushk honey tak pakain. Phir chicken ka pani khushk ho jay to aag band ker dain. Phir aik bowl main anday or cornflour mix ker lain. Abh aik kerhai main habib cooking oil garam honey k liay rakh dain. Phir chicken k pieces ko anday or corn flour k mixture main dip ker k deep fry ker lain or garam garam serve kerain. preparation time:20 minutes cooking time: 15 minutes serve 5 to 6 peoples easily
