FIRST BOIL THE LEMONS TWO ,THREE TIMES AND ALWAYS THROUGH THE WATER .CUT THE LEMONS IN SQUARE PICES.AND ALSO CUT VEGETABLES IN SQUARE SHAPE , AND FRY ALL THE VEGETABLES ,DONT FRY LEMONS.PUT ALL THE VEGETABLES IN ONE BIG BOWL ,AND ALSO LEMONS.
GRIND ALL THE SPICES .E.G ( ZEERA, KLONGI,RAAI,DANHIYA.)THEN PUT ALL THE SPICES IN VEGETABLES BOWL AND ALSO PUT VENEGAR IN THE VEGETABLES.

TAKE OIL AND PUT GARLIC ,RED CHHILI WHOLE,ZEERA,RAAI ,KLONGI AND AFTER READY THIS BHAGHER COOL IT AND AFTER COOL PUT IN VEGETABLES AND MIX WELL .THEN COVER THIS FOR THREE FOUR DAYS . NOW THIS ACHAR IS READY TO EAT.
