| Method
1. Cut the french beans, carrot, onion and capsicum into wedges and put in 1Ѕ cup boiling water till vegetables are cooked. Drain the vegetable stock and keep aside.
2. Mix the cornflour with soya sauce.
3. Put the sugar, stock, vinegar and salt in a saucepan.
4. Bring to a boil and add cornflour and soya sauce.
5. Stir till sauce thickens.
6. Add the vegetables and reheat.
7. Serve hot
