Ingredients

chapati dough one egg 2 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon flour(plain or chapati atta)

Method

make a chapati, on the top side rub oil all around, fold to form a semi circle ,on top side again rub oil and fold again, sprinkle both sides with a little flour and using rolling pin roll out into desired size. Heat tawa and rub a little oil all over, put chapati on letting it cook for 1 min, turn over and cook for 1 min,the chapati up from the edge(like a envelope) crack an egg and aim to put it in the middle close up chapati and cook both sides until brown and cooked (you may add more oil if you wish to each side)
